The city of Pflugerville may see a second H-E-B in the near future in the east side of the city. The grocery store chain has filed a construction plan with the Texas Department of Licensing Regulation . City officials confirmed that H-E-B has filed a site plan with the city. The filing does not mean the grocery store has committed to coming to the city, but officials said they were optimistic. "I'm excited to see the continued development and growth as the city of Pflugerville welcomes a second H-E-B," Mayor Victor Gonzales said.
