AUSTIN (KXAN) — Travis County ESD No. 2 said it responded to a single-family residential fire on Central Commerce Drive on Thursday evening.
Fire crews arrived to moderate to heavy fire conditions and went defensive after active downed wires were found outside the residence.
ESD2 said to avoid the area near Central Commerce at Foothill Farms while units work to control the fire.
“Hose lines are stretched across Central Commerce and traffic is being diverted,” ESD2 said.
